Dampened Pendulum Arbitration was originally developed as a modification of ordinary pendulum arbitration that retains the incentive for negotiators to move their position towards fair but doesn’t have the clear loser problems of ordinary pendulum arbitration. This method has been replaced by our Expert Neutral Deal-closer.
