A Suggestion is a package generated by Smartsettle or published by other parties for discussion purposes (see Masquerade). If parties have submitted proposals, then Suggestions that are generated in the Proposals group will be between those Proposals and any previous Suggestions made by Smartsettle. Generated Suggestions become more efficient as parties come closer together in what they have accepted. Suggestions facilitate visual blind bidding in that a baseline solution results when negotiators accept the same suggestion in confidence.
