VIII. Buyer’s Viewpoint – Improvement
After both parties accepted Suggestion 7 and that package became a tentative agreement, Smartsettle generated Improvement 8. Improvement 8 became the new tentative agreement after both parties recognized it as being better than Suggestion 7.
The following screenshot shows Improvement 8 (pink) compared to the first tentative agreement (Suggestion 7 in purple). This screenshot also shows the importance ratings of all the other packages that were used in this negotiation.
Improvement 8 was adopted as the final agreement.
