X. Management Viewpoint – Initial Proposals

The Smartsettle process encourages parties to begin with optimistic proposals. Initial optimistic proposals from each party are shown in the following screenshot, Management proposal in blue (mostly on the right) and Labor proposal (mostly on the left) in green. By default SmartSettle displays a party’s most preferred outcomes on the right hand side.
