XII. Supplier’s Viewpoint – Concessions
Early in the process, each party made two concessions relatively quickly using conventional proposals. In Supplier’s view, the first concession from each party appeared as follows. Buyer’s second proposal (in green) is named Buyer 3 and Supplier’s second proposal (in blue is named Supplier 4).
The second concession from each party (Buyer 5 in green and Supplier 6 in blue) appeared as follows. It should be obvious that the gap between proposals has not been narrowed much.
